The recruitment process will take place between 24th June to 27th June 2025, and interviews will be conducted online. The available positions are for Pipe Fabricators, RTR Bonders/Technicians, and Assistant Pipe Fabricators. Below are the details for each role and the qualifications required:
1. Pipe Fabricators
- Qualification: Minimum High School education.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 to 7 years of Gulf experience, including experience with GRP (Glass Reinforced Plastic) and RTRP (Reinforced Thermosetting Resin Pipe).
- Skills: Candidates should have expertise in pipe fabrication, with specific experience in handling GRP and RTRP materials.
The role of a Pipe Fabricator is crucial in ensuring the efficient and accurate construction of pipes used in oil and gas projects. The ideal candidate will have substantial hands-on experience and technical skills in the fabrication of pipes, ensuring that they meet quality and safety standards. The job will involve working with various types of piping materials, including GRP and RTRP, which require specialized knowledge.
2. RTR Bonders/Technicians
- Qualification: Minimum High School education.
- Certification: Bonder Certificate from FPI (Fiberglass Pipe Industry) or any other similar certification.
- Skills: Experience in working with RTR piping systems and related bonding techniques.
RTR Bonders/Technicians will play an essential role in bonding and sealing pipes used in critical oil and gas infrastructure. The successful candidates will have strong knowledge and practical experience with RTR pipes and bonding materials, ensuring that each joint is sealed and bonded properly. This is a technical role requiring precision and attention to detail to ensure that the pipes are structurally sound and leak-proof.
3. Assistant Pipe Fabricators
- Qualification: Minimum High School education.
- Experience: At least 6 to 7 years of Gulf experience, including experience with GRP and RTRP materials.
- Skills: Support in pipe fabrication, assisting with the setup, cutting, and welding of pipes, and understanding of GRP and RTRP materials.
The Assistant Pipe Fabricator will support senior fabricators in cutting, shaping, and assembling pipes according to project specifications. While this role is more supportive in nature, the candidate should possess a solid understanding of pipe fabrication techniques, especially with GRP and RTRP materials. Experience in the Gulf region is highly preferred.
