1. Manager – Project Control

  • Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 14 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in mechanical projects.
  • Skills: Strong experience in project control, planning, and scheduling with proficiency in Primavera P6.

The Manager of Project Control will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of project management principles and substantial experience managing mechanical projects in the oil and gas sector.

2. Sr. Engineer – Planning (Mechanical)

  • Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 10 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in mechanical projects.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Primavera P6 and extensive planning experience.

The Senior Engineer in Planning will manage project schedules, track progress, and ensure that all mechanical project requirements are met. Candidates should have strong analytical skills, experience in resource management, and the ability to work collaboratively with various teams to achieve project goals.

3. Engineer – Planning (Mechanical)

  • Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: A minimum of 8 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, specifically in mechanical projects.
  • Skills: Expertise in Primavera P6 and planning for mechanical engineering projects.

The Engineer in Planning will support senior engineers in the planning and scheduling of mechanical engineering projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, knowledge of project timelines, and the ability to adjust plans based on project needs.

4. Trainee Engineer – Planning

  • Qualification: BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience: Freshers with knowledge of Primavera P6.
  • Skills: Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and a keen interest in learning project planning.

This entry-level role is for recent graduates who are eager to gain experience in project planning. Trainee Engineers will assist in the planning process, learning from experienced engineers and gradually taking on more responsibilities.
