Eligibility Criteria:
- 10th Standard: Must have passed
- 12th Standard: Must have passed
- Graduation: Minimum 60% or 6.0 CGPA, as per university guidelines

Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.)
Eligible Streams: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Electronics, and Physics
Other Criteria:
- Open school or distance education is acceptable for 10th and 12th only.
- Candidates are allowed one backlog during the online assessment but must clear it along with the 6th semester.
- Core Mathematics is a mandatory subject in graduation. Business Mathematics or Applied Mathematics will not be considered.
- Maximum 3 years of gap between 10th and the commencement of graduation.
- No gap allowed in graduation. The degree must be completed within 3 years of the start of graduation.
- Candidates should be Indian citizens or hold a PIO or OCI card if holding a foreign passport.
- Bhutan and Nepal nationals must submit their citizenship certificate.
- Candidates must be 18 years or older at the time of registration.
- Candidates who have completed a 3-month cool-off period after previous assessments are eligible to apply.
Selection Process:
The selection process consists of multiple rounds:
Round 1 – Online Assessment (80 minutes):
Comprises 4 sections:
- Verbal Ability – 20 minutes, 20 questions
- Analytical Ability – 20 minutes, 20 questions
- Quantitative Ability – 20 minutes, 20 questions
- Written Communication Test – 20 minutes
Round 2 – Voice Assessment
Round 3 – Business Discussion
Service Agreement:
Candidates selected through the WILP program are required to sign a service agreement for 60 months. If the candidate decides to leave the organization within this period, they will need to repay the joining bonus on a pro-rata basis.
Terms and Conditions:
- Participation in Wipro’s WILP recruitment process is at Wipro’s discretion.
- After clearing the online assessment, candidates will proceed to the voice assessment round. Successful candidates will then move on to the business discussion round.
- Candidates who are successful in these rounds will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI). After accepting the LOI, candidates will undergo pre-skilling training. Once the training is cleared, candidates will receive their final offer letter.
- The registration process and selection criteria are determined solely by Wipro. Wipro is not obligated to disclose any details about the selection process.
- Wipro reserves the right to make an offer if a selected candidate does not meet certain conditions required for employment.
- If any candidate is found to be involved in any illegal activities, such as impersonation, fraud, or the production of illegal documents, Wipro reserves the right to revoke the offer and take legal action.
- Wipro will notify candidates about the recruitment results through email or other provided communication methods.
Important Notice:
Any instance of malpractice during the online assessment, interview process, or pre-skilling training will lead to immediate disqualification. Wipro reserves the right to take suitable action against candidates involved in unethical activities.
